Dear Atlanta Re-Bath,
Our house was built in 1963 and the bathrooms reflect that era; i.e., ceramic tile on the walls with grout, tub and shower combination, tile floor. The grout had gotten dirty and was difficult to clean, the porcelain tub had gotten a grungy look and no amount of scrubbing would clean it. I was embarrassed to have guests go into this bathroom. We had discussed renovating but had not chosen a company to do it.
We went into our local Home Depot one day and a lady asked if we had considered renovating our bathroom, and we told her yes. She told us about Re-Bath, got our names and telephone number and asked if we would like a representative from the company to come and give us an estimate. We agreed and a few days later, the representative called us to make an appointment to come out. He showed us the options available and we decided to go with Atlanta Re-Bath. He measured the bathroom and gave us the price for the renovation. He also told us it would take six to eight weeks for our materials to be manufactured but it turned out to be less time than that, probably four weeks.
We received a call to set up an appointment for the installer to do the work. They told us the time he would arrive and that he would be finished that day. He showed up exactly when he was supposed to and worked all day until around 7:00 PM that evening to finish the job. He put down plastic on the floors to protect them and cleaned up after he finished. He did a great job and we are still pleased with the results.
We have recommended Atlanta Re-Bath to other people and told them we had a very good experience. It is rare for a company to do exactly what they tell you they will do and very refreshing to be the recipient of this kind of service.

Dear Atlanta Re-Bath,
I wanted to make one large bathroom, so I drew up the plans for it. I had a bathtub made into a shower and the next-door dressing room made into one room.
I picked out the hardware and the color of the walls. Then Re-Bath did the rest! Ken and Juan did the work and it was completed in a few days. The reason it took more than one day to complete was the larger than normal size of the shower that I designed.
My wife and I are very happy now; both with the quick time that they did it, and that they were so polite to us. Also, we were happy with the finance plan they gave us.

I had a 25-year-old fiberglass bathtub and shower surround that was yellowed and impossible to clean. I also had a leak from the tub to the downstairs living room ceiling. I decided to call Atlanta Re-Bath because I liked having the choice of different colors and tile shapes. Also having the entire process complete in one day appealed to me a lot. The alternative was to buy a tub and wall tile for installation and find a bathroom contractor to install it correctly. I felt that this would be difficult to do. The process went very smoothly. They started at about 9 am and were finished around 4 pm. The installers were friendly and courteous. The new tub and wall surround look beautiful! They were also able to correct the leak. The new bath is excellent. The results are similar to the pictures in the brochures. Finally having this problem corrected after many years is a great load off my mind.

We had our 2 bathrooms redone in November of 2003. First let me say that we were very happy with the work that was done. However, we had a written financial agreement with our salesperson, Kenneth Cole, for 1 year, no payments, same as cash. Unfortunately, Ken did not tell us that your company did not have the ability to offer such a plan. We started receiving bills and consequently called Ken to get the situation corrected. After several frustrating calls and no response from Ken, I was forwarded to Steve and told him of the situation. He informed me that Ken was no longer with the company, but said that he would do all possible to help us.
Quite honestly, up to that point, I was extremely frustrated and angry at Atlanta Re-Bath for the handling of this. But no sooner did I speak with Steve than my fears were allayed. He immediately took control of the circumstances and went to great lengths to make sure that I was informed of every step in the process. I feel that he went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was corrected. He handled everything with the utmost respect and attention to detail. I felt that he exemplified what TRUE customer service is.
